There is Noon Music at the Tabernacle in Logan, it looks like every day.
On the USU campus there is a series of scientific discussions entitled; Windows on the Cosmos Series. They all look like good educational experiences. They are free and you may be looking for something educational for your kids. Click here to view the whole series.
Join Dr. Sykes on June 26th and learn more about our solar system. Be ready for a spirited debate about whether or not Pluto is a planet and form your own opinion! Following the presentation, we'll move outside to the USU Quad for a scaled planet walk and learn more about each planet. The walk leads to the Aggie Ice Cream store on 1200 North where we'll enjoy a cool, out-of-this-world dessert! (NOTE: For those who wish to head straight from the presentation to Aggie Ice Cream or for those who would like a ride back to the presentation site after completing the planet walk, a shuttle service will be available continuously from 8-9 p.m.)
7 p.m. in the Emert Auditorium (Room 130) of the Eccles Science Learning Center on the USU campus. (For directions, click here.)

If you have never taken the kids to be in the Youth Parade, June 27th, and then to have a water fight with the volunteer firefighters afterwards you are missing out. It is fun just to watch, I'm not getting involved in that fight. I have enjoyed the Patriotic Programs in the past as well. Where else can you get a free fireworks show of this size in Cache Valley? We enjoy the parade and all the booths at the town square following the parade. Did you realize that the dunking booth is offered by the Hyrum City Youth Council and that it is a fundraiser? Ask if you can dunk a friend, I'm sure they have time set up for that too.
I found these free activities in Nibley City.
