Canning Has Begun

I was given free apricots so I am busy with canning today. i am juicing the apricots then i am putting them in my blender for puree. With the puree I will be making fruit leather and apricot butter. If anyone knows of great deals on fruits & veggies for canning please share it with the rest of us in the comments section below this posting. I would love berries for jam myself.
