Go Ginger Go!

My friend's coupons arrived in her mailbox on Saturday so we went to Albertson's today after work and here is loot! Wow, can you believe the savings that anyone of us can get.

7 Neosporin + pain relief: I paid $3.49 each for a total of $25.98 plus my $10 off your next order catalina.

I then bought 64 boxes of cereal:

20 Kellogg's Frosted Flakes
5 Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheat, Big Bite
10 Kellogg's Raisin Bran
5 Kellogg's Rice Krispies
8 General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch
8 General Mills Cocoa Puffs
8 General Mills Trix
8 General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios

I bought 20 boxes of Kellogg's Pop Tarts

12 Boxes Green Giant Vegetables

6 Boxes of Bisquick Baking Mixes

4 Coke 12 packs + 2 free Hillshire Farms Lunch Meat

I paid $90.56 with a savings of $442.72. I purchased 125 items on this order for a total of $0.72 per item.

  1. I still amazed that I was able to buy so much for so little. I know I won't be buying cereal for a while, but bring on the next deal! Thanks for all your guidance. I am grateful for Tim's unemployment so I can learn a thing or too. Thanks Tim for taking one for the team!

  2. Will you please post what coupons you use, if other than the Red Plum that comes in Sundays paper? I know some print them online - so It would be helpful to know where we are looking for the coupons from. :)

  3. I bought all my coupons on-line through ebay. I was able to buy in quantities of 10 to 20 depending on the seller so I was able to purchase more coupons than come in the newspaper. Just make sure you are following the rules on the coupons. If it says $1 off one item: make sure you have one item per coupon. It it says $1 off 2 make sure you have sets of two for each coupon.
