More Free eBooks Than You Can Imagine


Google and Sony have announced free public access to more than one million public domain eBooks. Go here to read about the announcement.

Another eBook opportunity: Download eBooks for free until August 4 as part of the World eBook Fair. This effort is the collaboration of more than 100 eLibraries worldwide. You have 2 million selections to choose from! Go here for more information.

Also this week, Barnes & Noble began offering six free eBooks when you download the bookseller's free eReader program. You can download software for use on a computer or smart phone. The free eBooks include a Merriam-Websters Pocket Dictionary and the following classic titles: Last of the Mohicans, Sense and Sensibility, Dracula, Pride and Prejudice and Little Women.
