Weight Watchers Magazine is $5.29 for the entire 1 year subscription…, but you don’t have to pay that much! When you start your shopping with Shop At Home, you’ll earn a whopping 15% back PLUS they have some coupons to lessen your total!

First of all, add Weight Watchers to your cart. Add any others you want; Best Deal Magazines has some of the lowest prices I have ever seen. They do take a while to arrive, 8-10 weeks which is typical of almost all magazines. That’s normal.

Use code PXCJ110 to save 15% off your purchase. This brings the cost of the magazine down to just $4.50, about the price of ONE issue! But wait, you’re going to get 15% back in your Shop At Home account PLUS if you’re a new member you’ll get FIVE BUCKS also into your account!!

So how does it all work out? Well, you’ll pay about $4.50 out of pocket for the subscription. Then the cash back you get in your account will be $.68, not too shabby at all. Then you’ll get $5 if you are a new Shop at Home member! It is like paying $3.82 for a full year of this great magazine.
Thanks, Making Cents Out of Life.

Johnsons Rebate + High Value Coupons!

I have seen the posting for the J&J rebate on many different blogs for days, but every time I check into it I could never find the tab to click for printing the rebate. I think that each zip code has a limited number of rebates? I found it though, finally! Success! You do go to coupons.com, but you need to enter the zip code 10011. With that zip code you can print out your rebate plus you can also print out two $5 coupons for Sudafed PE, which is on sale at Walmart for $5!
UPDATE: AFTER I PRINTED MY $5 COUPONS I WENT TO COUPONS.COM AND ENTERED MY OWN ZIP CODE, tHERE WERE $4 COUPONS FOR SUDAFED AND I WAS ABLE TO PRINT TWO OF THE $4 COUPONS AS WELL. THAT MEANS I SHOULD GET 4 BOXES FOR $2!

There's a new rebate available from Johnson & Johnson for $10 when you buy $30 worth of product. You can print the rebate form at coupons.com. My rebate form has a barcode of sorts on the bottom, so it looks like everyone needs to print their own, as opposed to us all printing the same form like we usually do.

Rebate offer valid 1/10/2010- 2/5/2010. Excludes trial sizes and cleansing bars.

This rebate offer doesn't start until January 10th, but several new high value coupons just came out that go along nicely with it. Go HERE to print any of these you might be interested in!

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs Blu-ray DVD

I was hoping for the ads to give us a great deal on this Blu-ray DVD, no such luck. Here is the best deal that I can come up with:
Go to Walmart, if their price is more than $24.99 Blu-ray or $15.99 DVD, Best Buy's price, then get Walmart to match that price. Most of the stores did not advertise their sale price of this movie. Print this $3 coupon good on either the Blu-ray or the DVD. The next two offers you will have to choose between because each offer needs the original receipt mailed in with the rebate form. Click on the name of the offer to view more details and to print out your rebate form, Spot Shot or Ronzoni.
There was also a $1 coupon for Spot Shot in yesterday's SS, the front has a Sear's eyeglass ad on it. If you don't receive the Sunday paper then you can also print a $1 coupon. When you send in your rebate on the Spot Shot you will circle the the purchase price and that is what you will be refunded, so that gives you another $1 off the movie price. That means you can get the DVD for $11.99 plus a free bottle of Spot Shot or the Blu-ray for $21.99 plus the bottle of Spot Shot.

Here is what you will receive with each combo pack:

1-Disc DVD Bonus Features Include:

* Full frame and Widescreen presentation of the feature
* Commentary
* Feeding America PSA
* Trailers

2-Disc DVD Bonus Features Include:
All the material from the 1-Disc DVD, plus:

* Featurette: “How Food Falls: The Making of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”
* Featurette: “Voice Off”
* Deleted Scenes
* Miranda Cosgrove “Raining Sunshine: Music Video
* Interactive “Raining Sunshine” Sing-a-Long
* Food Fight Game

Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack Bonus Features Include:
All the material from the 1-Disc and 2-disc DVDs, plus:

* A DVD of the film
* PSP Digital Copy of the film included on the Blu-ray Disc, transferable exclusively via the
* PlayStation®3
* “Splat Mode!”
* 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio
* BD-Live Enabled

Eat From the Pantry Challenge - Game On!

'Money Saving Mom' and 'Life as Mom' blogs have gotten together and issued a challenge to live off of what you have in your pantry and freezer.
In January they want to use up inventory and get some rotating of their food done.
I had been talking to my own husband a week ago about only needing a few of the basic items for this past week and not needing to go shopping, that made us both smile. (Of course, I found stock up prices and shopped.) This past summer, during our unemployment I was happy to have some stock up to live off of and I know this challenge will help me see what I am lacking in food storage right now. I will be the first person to say it is incomplete. That said I am taking on their challenge for the next four weeks. My husbands income varies week to week and his work has had some slow weeks so this is going to be helpful this month financially.

Crystal & Jessica encourage each of us to set our own goals and guidelines for this challenge and here are mine:

1- I am going to a grocery store only once a week, I will have to choose my store wisely.

2- I will spend no more than $30 each time, this one is scaring me but I think I can do it!

3- Make more foods, like bread, from scratch to help me meet my financial goal. Once a week make a 'double batch' of something to put in the freezer to be pulled out the next week for a quick meal.

4- We will eat out only once during the month, using coupons of course. Lunches will be packed!

5- Where will my savings go? Paying down debt :)

I am adding a disclaimer:
Should Morning Moo go on sale I am going to purchase 10 cans, I have been waiting months for it to go on sale. It is lower in lactose and saves me a ton of money over purchasing lactose free milk in the carton.
Any other great deals will have to fit into my above mentioned weekly budget.

I hope each of you will take on the challenge for yourselves, even if it is only for a week.

Here is a posting from Life as Mom entitled 'But, What If I Can't Refill My Pantry'. It has some good advice. I was feeling a bit anxious myself about letting the shelves get lower and she helped ease my concerns.

I will be posting recipes that help me stretch my budget with what I have on hand. I would love to hear if you are taking on the challenge and any recipes you have to help us all.
